After sending my children to Shakti I have seen a great change in their self-confidence and fitness.  They have learnt many skills including team work, punctuality and improvisation.

Shakti has enabled me to keep in touch with my culture whilst doing something I really enjoy.  It has developed my creativity and increased my confidence as well as allowing me to partake in many opportunities.
